If you missed the opportunity to catch the early waves of R&B aficionado Trevor Jackson‘s In My Feelings mixtape, you may recognize him from John Ridley‘s riveting American Crime series on ABC, where Jackson is one of the show’s stars along with Andre 3000, Regina King and Felicity Huffman. Regardless of where you heard of him, you should definitely make checking out his new music video, “Here I Come,” a priority.
The video, which explores the dynamics of Jackson’s romantic relationships with a girl and her mother, features some captivating vocals and one of the more mature plots we’ve seen from the young Indianapolis native, who delivers this visual as a continuation of his previous music video, “Rock Wit Me,” in which the romance drama begins with the younger of his two interests.
