A teenage Swedish girl was reportedly tricked into joining ISIS, but didn’t stay because, well, there was no running water.
Marlin Nivarlain was rescued from behind the confines of ISIS territory by anti-terrorist forces after being tricked by her husband into joining the world’s wealthiest terror group, according to the Washington Post.
Initially, Nivarlain says things were going smoothly, but things changed when she realized her husband was increasingly invested in closely following ISIS news and dialogue, and eventually agreed to follow her husband because she had no idea what ISIS was (?).
Unfortunately for her, the terror group didnt acknowledge their marriage, and they were forced to lodge separately. On her own, Nivarlain grew horrified with her living conditions, and eventually found a way to phone her mother, who set the rescue in motion.
