The third installment of The Purge trilogy entitled The Purge: Election Year is due to be released just in time for the 2016 campaign fervor, but according to many viewers, Universal Pictures‘ “Pro-Purge” commercial was too real to be aired. Some who had a chance to see the movie’s trailer weren’t sure if what they saw was a commercial or a part of the Republican party’s endorsement of this type of savage activity.
