OVOSound is expanding their roster. Recently Drake posted dvsn‘s logo on his Instagram page and shouted out the group, tagging OVOSound. There’s little known about dvsn except their music is mostly R&B and they have stand out singles like “Too Deep,” “With Me” and “The Line.” There are rumors that producer Nineteen85 is a part of the group, after the Toronto producer tweeted out a telling message earlier this week.
dvsn has a few tracks available online all of which are listed under OVOSound’s parent company, Warner Bros. Fans have speculated on who makes up the electronic group via social media. Nineteen85, who produced “0 to 100” and “Hotline Bling,” left some clues that point towards himself and other Toronto natives on his Instagram and Twitter page.
Following in the footsteps of other minimalist singers like The Weeknd and PARTYNEXTDOOR, dvsn isn’t offering up extra info on what audiences can expect from them. For now fans will have to visit their Soundcloud page in order to check out their music. While details develop on who the group is, Drake and the OVO team have officially stamped them as what is to come next from the movement built on the shoulders of the 6 God.
