Since Young Thug rose to mainstream prominence with his 2014 standouts “Stoner” and “Danny Glover,” he’s yet to take his foot off the pedal. 2016 has been no different so far, and Thug has already released an album, February’s I’m Up, and is close to releasing the third installment of his Slime Season mixtape series, Slime Season 3. In addition, Thug announced his Hy!£UN35 tour, which kicks off on the 1st of May, which likely means, Hy!£UN35 (pronounced HiTunes), which is being billed as his proper debut album, will be out by the summer.

In the meantime, watch the Be El Be-directed music video for “For My People,” which finds Thugger getting quite militant with scantily-clad models and his YSL comrade Duke, who is also a guest feature on the song. “For My People” appears on I’m Up, the last-minute album Young Thug released last month.
