Quentin Miller has released new single “Potential” for those of us who are a promising work in progress. The rapper who made headlines for offering his writing skills to Drake has proved again that paving your own way at your own pace has not gone out of style. “Potential” boasts the notion of living with ease knowing you are well on your way. Miller talks about “not abiding by the rules” and more in his new eclectic visual.

“Potential” was featured on Miller’s mixtape Hey! Thanks A Lot 3 and the 14-track project was released in late December 2015.

Miller made headlines last year for rumors he was Drake’s ghost writer and he has yet to address the rumors. Drake admitted to using reference tracks of Miller’s for songs; in an interview with The Fader he said that “I need, sometimes, individuals to spark an idea so that I can take off running. I don’t mind that. And those recordings—they are what they are. And you can use your own judgment on what they mean to you.”

Miller’s talent spans far beyond a pencil or pen and he’s showing this in his music, proving he’s successful alone and in cooperative efforts.
