The world has been buzzing since Rihanna dropped her addictive single “Work” featuring Drake, but she isn’t done with it yet.
Yesterday [Friday, March 18] Ri Ri announced she’d teamed up with some of the hottest producers on the rise and released seven reworks of the single. The reworks include production by R3hab, BURNS, Bad Royale and Lost Kings and are available to stream on Spotify.
Currently on the cover of Vogue, Rihanna discussed working with Drake on the single. “Everything he does is so amazing,” she said. In addition to discussing “Work” Ri also dished on how her single “Higher” was born from a recording session with whiskey and how her duet “Consideration” with SZA is like a “PSA.”
“It’s like a PSA,” Rihanna said in the interview. “It might not be some automatic record that will be Top 40, but I felt like I earned the right to do that now.”
“Work” which appears on Rihanna’s eighth studio album ANTI, is currently listed at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and has held the position for the last four weeks.
