Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has found a way to remain in the headlines since being John McCain’s running mate against Barack Obama back in 2008. Today, Palin makes the news once again, this time for inking a deal to be the centerpiece of Judge Judy style courtroom reality show. Warm Springs Productions rep Howard Bragman spoke with ABC News recently confirming the news, saying that Palin was tapped to shoot the pilot for the show because she is “telegenic.”
The show’s executive producer Larry Lyttle is most known for being behind programs such as Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown. With that said, it must be noted that unlike the aforementioned show hosts, Sarah Palin does not have a law degree. That fact alone makes the idea of a Palin courtroom show all that more peculiar or interesting, depending on which side of the fence you fall.
