Thursday night’s game pitting the Los Angeles Clippers against the Portland Trail Blazers came down to the wire as Damian Lillard was able to drain an insane 3 pointer with Chris Paul dropped all over him with 23 seconds left on the clock. Jamal Crawford hit a 3 of his own to tie the game up, but it was J.J. Redick who sealed the deal as he hurled a 3 point bank shot with 1.1 seconds left to give the Cippers the win. Like the old saying goes, it ain’t over ‘till it’s over.

One would think that this amazing game winning shot would soften the blow when Redick found out that his alma-mater Duke lost to Oregon in the Sweet 16 but that was not the case.
I asked Redick if this made up for the Duke loss. He looked at me and said "Middle Tennessee State." Cold-blooded.
