Katt Williams‘ nightmare 2016 continues, and he’s officially been arrested in Georgia and held without bond in connection with an alleged fight with a teenager following a soccer game in a school yard. The infamous video clip, which surfaced early last week, showed Williams appearing to sucker punch a teenager, and the teenager subsequently wrestling the comedian to the ground in a short-lived scuffle.

After the video went viral, resulting in countless memes and GIFs, The Daily Mail caught up with the teenager in question, 17-year-old Luke Wash, who claims that Williams asked to be hit, and said that their fight was the result of their jawing during the soccer game. Sgt. Kevin Holbrook of the Gainesville Police Department said to People that Williams was being slapped with a disorderly conduct charge because he “engaged in this criminal activity in a public place, in front of minors, and used obscene, foul language during the commission of this crime.”

Katt Williams finally spoke on the incident this past Friday during a performance at the Barclays Center, when he expressed surprise in how everything has gone down. Williams is set to appear in court on Thursday, and he will remain behind bars until then.
