Madonna is not happy about a rule put in place at her New York City condo.

The rule, which applies to all tenants of the pop star’s building, was put into place in April 2014, and states that her children are only able to live in the building if her or a spouse/partner is present as well.

The rule was changed after Madonna signed her original contract, and she is not having it.

For Madonna, a woman constantly on the road, it is not easy. She wants her three underage kids, David, Mercy and Rocco, to be able to stay at home even when she can’t be there. She wants the rule voided and is now seeking clearance for her housekeepers and nannies, as well as her children.
