How did you get involved with Meet the Blacks and what was it like working on set with the hilarious Mike Epps?

I was offered the part by the director, Deon Taylor, who’s friends with a couple of friends of mine. When I learned that Mike Epps was already attached, it was a no brainer! We’ve worked together before, but never that close. It was so fun, and never felt like work!

What can viewers expect from your character on NBC’s Marlon? And what was it like working with him?

My character’s name is Allie, who just turned 18, and has little bit of independence and she is not sure what she wants to do with her life. She is really into social media and her phone and doesn’t take anything seriously, until it’s too late.

Working with Marlon, he is ridiculously crazy, a gentleman who is fun on and off camera. Again, working with him, it never felt like actually work!
