Chance the Rapper had quite a wonderful Friday [April 8] with the Chicago White Sox as he was given the opportunity to throw out the team’s ceremonial first pitch for their home opener against the Cleveland Indians.

It’s currently snowing in Chi-town and Chance still managed to throw a perfect pitch in the blistering weather. He hit the field rocking one of the redesigned New Era caps for his hometown.

The White Sox now have a giant new video board at their improved U.S. cellular field. Chance narrates the team’s introduction video and sources close to the rapper believe he will soon be the White Sox’s new brand ambassador, according to ESPN. We’ll keep you posted on if the 23-year-old inks the deal with his hometown team. Check out different angles of the pitch below.
