Kerry Washington stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and dropped a little known fact about her: Jennifer Lopez taught her to dance.
While many know Kerry to be a phenomenal actress, she also studied at the famous Michael Howard Studios in New York and was on Broadway back in 2009 in Race.
Both J. Lo and Kerry are from the Bronx, and Kerry says that when she took dance class it was sometimes taught by Jennifer: “I had an awesome substitute teacher named Jennifer, who would sometimes step in and teach but she left to move to L.A. and be on In Living Color.”
It took a second for Jimmy to put it together, but when he did, he and Washington cackled over the coincidence that the two had met before becoming famous.
