Last Friday [April 15] Mariah Carey threw it all the way back to 1999 for #FlashbackFriday on Instagram with a picture of her dressed up as her infamous arch-nemesis Bianca from the “Heartbreaker” video featuring JAY Z.
Seventeen years ago the visuals for the R&B diva’s hit single “Heartbreaker” included Mariah and her girls following on-screen boo, actor Jerry McConnell, and his side chick to the movies. Inevitably, a dramatic bathroom brawl ensued between Mariah and alter ego Bianca, which involved a lot of karate kicking and Mimi’s well-deserved victory of course.
The boyfriend-stealing brunette, Bianca, also made an appearance in the “Heartbreaker Remix” video, which featured femcees Missy Elliott and Da Brat. In the monochrome visuals, Mariah and Bianca face off in a glass cube, which results in Bianca covered in slime and Mariah with a trophy. The video also featured a cameo from Uncle Snoop.
