Rick Ross made his presence—and criminal record— very clear this weekend at a serious White House function.
Ricky Rozay was there supporting President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper youth initiative, put in place to help keep men of color out of trouble, when his ankle bracelet stole the show. Other artists in attendance were Nicki Minaj, Busta Rhymes, J. Cole, Wale and DJ Khaled.
The event was formal, but Rick wasn’t able to hide his ankle monitor (stemming from his kidnapping situation) for long when the bracelet went off just as Obama finished his speech.

Apparently, the bracelet is new and goes off randomly. Even Rick was surprised.
