Young Thug‘s relentless style of releasing music has considerably helped along his rise to stardom–while drawing constructive criticism from label boss Lyor Cohen–and resulted in a jam-packed first quarter of 2016 for the Atlanta rapper, during which he released two albums, I’m Up and Slime Season 3, the latter of which netted him the best first-week performance on the Billboard 200 of still young career.
As the second quarter kicks off, it appears that Thug has no signs of slowing up, as he announced a new mixtape on Snapchat, I Came From Nothing 4, a continuation of his pre-fame I Came From Nothing series, the third edition of which was released back in 2012.
Let’s not forget, Thugger is about to embark on his Hy!£UN35 tour, which kicks off at the top of next month, and his proper debut album of the same name is due out later this year. Thug is moving at a rapid-fire pace, which is his specialty.
