Joining forces to release a six-song EP titled Rosecrans, legendary producer DJ Quik has teamed up with rising star Problem. Set to release on Diamond Lane Media, Problem’s record label, this will be the first release by Quik since 2014’s The Midnight Life.
Problem has been rising since his 2013 hit “Like Whaaat” that samples No Limit’s Young Bleed 90s hit “How You Do Dat.” Since then Problem has collaborated with fellow West Coast artists like Nipsey Hussle, Kendrick Lamar, Warren G and Too Short. He has experienced great success without having released a full album, and was recently featured on Lil Jon‘s “My Cutie Pie” also featuring T-Pain and Snoop. The EP is available on iTunes today [Wednesday, April 20].
