Late last year, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady shared that he and GOP candidate Donald Trump are very good friends. He prefaced that statement by saying that he does not want to talk politics but he does support his friend. During a campaign rally in Maryland yesterday, Trump gave his buddy a shout out, which was met with resounding boos from the crowd.
This is appropriate considering that Brady isn’t liked too much outside of the state of Massachusetts and New England area. The Baltimore Ravens and Patriots have faced off in the NFL playoffs several times in the past 15 years so Mr. Brady is surely not one of their favorite people. Trump still gave zero effs when he asked the crowd if they “love Tom Brady.”
