Though yesterday’s Birdman conversations were dominated by his hostile exchange with Power 105.1’s Breakfast Club hosts, from whom Baby demanded respect from relentlessly during his abrupt entrance and exit from the interview, the Cash Money CEO’s got several projects rolling out. First, his first album in 7 years, Ms Gladys, is scheduled to drop on June 24, and Baby revealed to Angie Martinez that he’s got a biopic about his life in the works.
In addition to those two major projects, Baby is reviving Rich Gang, who will have a new project out, The Lifestyle 2, on July 1. This version of Rich Gang will not feature the controversial pairing of Young Thug and Rich Homie Quan that brought us Tha Tour Pt. 1, but instead lesser known artists that Baby is grooming to help carry on that torch.
