It’s not often Karrueche Tran gets the credit she deserves for being a hard working, multi-faceted young woman who is only progressing more and more with the many hats she wears as a model, actress and on air personality.
Denim apparel line Diesel kicked back with Karrueche for a Diesel magazine feature. Karrueche not only shared a few denim tips and styles, but she also shared her thoughts on being an empowered woman, changing people’s perception of her and strong female role models.
“Being comfortable in your own skin and loving who you are, while also investing in yourself to become a better person and woman,” she shared on being an empowered woman. “Knowing exactly what you want and going out there and getting it, reaching your goals. Growing and learning from your past to better your future and to ultimately be happy.”
Karrueche also mentioned Beyoncé and Tavi Gevenson as examples of strong women who are setting the tone for living on your own terms. It seems Karrueche’s experience in many aspects of the entertainment industry has heightened her insight tremendously. We love her steadfast positive attitude and the direction she’s headed with her career.
