As a founding member of The X-Ecutioners, one of the most influential turntabilist groups in history, DJ Total Eclipse has done it all. From winning countless DJ battles, including an ITF World Champion Title against a now legendary DJ Babu, releasing classic albums (including X-Pressions, Built from Scratch, Revolutions and Ground Xero), worldwide tours and years of top tier performances, Total Eclipse now finds himself living in Brisbane, Australia since 2013.
The Hip Hop community in Australia is still coming to grips with the legendary X-Ecutioner / ILL Insanity deejay residing in the country, and he hasn’t stopped working since arriving. From showcases at Australian DMC’s to rocking clubs, festivals and Hip Hop tours (such as the A.G. of DITC tour), collaborating with local artists (including Dialect & Despair), Total Eclipse is blessing the Australia shores with incredible sets.
He’s now also the touring DJ for both The Funkoars and A.B. Original (Trials + Briggs) of Golden Era Records, and is currently touring Australia-wide. He also continues to tour internationally for solo DJ performances, and with various artists throughout Asia, Europe and back home across North America. Australia has embraced Total Eclipse and the talent that he has to showcase, and his unique personality makes him the perfect DJ for artists to work with.
To top it all off, he also performs at youth workshops, is launching his own Generation-X DJ Academy, and is a regular guest on The Lesson 92.7 w/ DJ Sanchez.
