Since remixing Desiigner’s “Panda,” and Rihanna and Drake’s “Work,” rapper Lil Mama has now decided to take on Drake’s “Summer Sixteen.”

Mama, who is clearly looking for revenge, gets her feelings out over Drake’s single, in which she addresses the haters and is seemingly unbothered by their dislike for her. Although this dropped yesterday [Friday, April 29]—the same day as Drake’s Views—Mama adds her skippy flow while spitting bars about her aspirations and the past.

In the track, which seems like the rapper’s way of pleading with people to be real with her, she says, “I’m gone count your haters/when I’m busy counting blessings,” a line suggesting she is seeing the positive side of life, regardless of what people think of her.

She also admits she used to want to rap like Lauryn Hill and then adds, “Drop tracks talking about something for real/Now everything about trap and drill/Chicks still worry about checks and mills.”
