Ja Rule was trending heavily on Monday (May 9) after he gave his own personal assessment of the Jordan Crying Face meme. The jokes were plentifully and the Queens rapper took it all in stride. With that said, Rule doesn’t take everything in stride, and maybe rightfully so, considering he had a beer can thrown at him during a live performance at Harrah’s Pool After Dark in Atlantic City.
Video of the incident was obtained by (you guessed it) TMZ, which shows a can of beer striking Ja Rule in the head. He immediately stopped his performance and offered a $1,000 reward for anyone who can point out the culprit. After being identified, Rule says to him, “come here so I can slap the sh*t out of you.” He then appears to slap someone in the audience, though the footage doesn’t not show if he actually made contact.
