TMZ is reporting Khloe Kardashian has once again filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Odom. Khloe originally filed for divorce back in December 2013.
According to the TMZ report, Khloe is once again citing “irreconcilable differences,” which was the original reasoning she filed for the divorce the first time around. TMZ’s also reporting the couple had a prenup agreement, and came to a settlement about housing the first time around, so this process will not take very long.
In the state of California, a divorce does not become final until six months have passed since the paperwork was filed. It was during that time the first time around that Lamar was found unconscious from a drug overdose in a Nevada brothel. Khloe dismissed her original suit just weeks before the deadline passed.
TMZ claims Khloe never planned to get back together with Odom, she just didn’t want to upset him during his recovery. They’re also reporting Odom was spotted in a bar back in March, and that was the final straw for Khloe.
