With the NBA Finals officially kicking off tonight in Oakland, pitting the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Golden State Warriors, the good folks over at 2K Sports felt this was the perfect time to reveal who the cover star for the next edition of NBA 2K will be. Averaging 23 points per game last year, he was certainly amongst the elite, but it might have been a tad bit redundant to have Stephen Curry grace the cover once again. George is not alone though, a few weeks earlier, 2K Sports revealed that the newly retired Kobe Bryant will grace the cover of NBA 2K17: Legend Edition. Surely that version of the game will have heftier price tag. Much congrats to PG13!
