Drake was right when he said, “I’m looking at the first week numbers like what are those?” because his latest album has been pulling some serious numbers. With over 189,000 copies sold and his single “One Dance” ruling the Hot 100 for the first week, Views has now exceeded one billion streams.

Although Views was exclusive to Apple Music when it was  released, since being available on all streaming sites, including Spotify and Tidal, Billboard has reported some of the tracks featured on Drizzy’s album have generated 1.07 billion audio streams in the U.S.

The Canadian rapper, who has openly thanked his fans on social media for the popularity for his album, is also hosting episode 23 of OVO Sound Radio today [Saturday, June 4], where he is premiering a mix and DJing.

On Friday, June 3, DJ Khaled dropped his collaboration with Drake, “For Free,” on We The Best Radio. The Snapchat king, who had been teasing the track for a while now, has added more fire to Drake’s summer ’16 reign.
