Divorce can be bittersweet at the best of times and it’s now being reported Nick Cannon is refusing to cooperate with Mariah Carey in regards to their divorce papers.
According to TMZ, it’s been nearly a year since Carey has been requesting a signature to make the divorce final. However, Cannon is continuing to refuse without reason.
The couple split in August 2014 and Cannon filed in December of that year.
Agreements were met and settlements were made to have a smooth transition through the process. Joint custody was established, however, Cannon will not provide his John Hancock to make the divorce official.
