According to TMZ, producer Brandon Parrott has accused the hitmakers of knowingly using his beat on the track. He’s claiming after sending 10 tracks to Dre, which he thought would be used for one of his artists such as Eminem, Parrot received a call from one of Dre’s people explaining the track, originally at the time called “BAMA,” had been used by 50 and had featured on his classic album, Get Rich or Die Tryin’. However because one of the members of Aftermath Entertainment admitted they were unsure if it was going to be used, Parrot signed a settlement deal.

Now that it has apparently come to Parrot’s knowledge the company intended to use the beat all along, the producer wants to sue both Dre and 50. Credits on the album notes for the track include Parrot and former D-12 member, Denaun Porter.
