Slowly but surely, we’re getting a better idea of what to expect come July 8, the day ScHoolboy Q finally drops his second major label studio album, Blank Face LP. So far, we’ve seen the TDE rep joke about his artworks–he released smudged-face images of the Crying Jordan meme, Donald Trump and Nicki Minaj‘s infamous “Anaconda” single art before unveiling the true cover–and drop two headbanging singles, “Groovy Tony” and “THat Part.”
Last week, we got a sneak peek of an unreleased Blank Face LP song when Q dropped a 30-second trailer to his forthcoming album, and today we’ve got much more than that. Above, you can watch the extended trailer to SBQ’s new set, which clocks in at roughly 90 seconds and plays out more like the teaser to a short film than the preview of an album. Either way, we’re starting to get an idea of what Q’s new album will be framed around, and it isn’t red carpets or the Met Gala.
