Universal Studios is in the works of developing the forthcoming action-comedy film Run the Jewels, and has tapped comedian Kevin Hart to produce it with his Hartbeat Productions.
The film is focused on a group of unsuccessful rappers who scheme to rob a Hip Hop mogul. There is no cast or director attached to this project.
Hart’s Hartbeat Productions produced both of his stand up comedy movies Let Me Explain and Laugh At My Pain. If you enjoyed those two films, then you’ll probably enjoy Run the Jewels also.
