DJ Carnage might not be the most household of DJ names, but he should at least be in your immediate peripheral. The Jersey native struck turn-up gold with Lil Uzi Vert, A$AP Ferg and Rich The Kid last year with “WDYW,” which sounded like a sequel to Ferg’s seminal “Work” anthem, and this year he’s back in the saddle with Lil Yachty.
Above, you can see Carnage and “Lil Boat” act a fool through the supermarket aisles in their new visual for “Mase in ’97,” an interesting take on channeling one’s inner Murda Ma$e over a riot-starter of an instrumental.
Yachty recently announced his first-ever headlining tour, The Boat Show, which is coming to a city near you. He previously opened for Young Thug on the “Best Friend” rapper’s national tour earlier this spring.
