Green was arrested on July 10 for reportedly punching a former Michigan State football player, Jermaine Edmondson, outside a restaurant, and he was released on bail. Edmondson was released from the Spartans’ team three days later, with the coach stating that he had asked for more playing time, and he wasn’t going to get it at Michigan State.

Green agreed to a plea deal in which he would pay for a noise complaint, a whopping $560, and the rest of the charges against him would be dropped.

Draymon is currently in Las Vegas, as Team USA basketball prepares for the upcoming Rio Olympic games. Green and his fellow Warriors teammates, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, are set to help Team USA go for the gold this summer, after they broke the regular season record for wins, but came up short to LeBron James in the 2016 Finals.
