Losing her fight with cancer, famous television psychic Miss Cleo has passed away.

Miss Cleo, whose real name was Youree Dell Harris, was battling colon cancer when she died this morning [Tuesday, July 26] in a Palm Tree County, Florida hospital.

The 53-year-old, whose birthday was August 12, 1962, was born in Los Angeles and went on to find fame via her infamous psychic commercials. Acting as the spokesperson for the Psychic Readers Network, the former actress utilized a previous character by the name of “Cleo” to support her claim of being a Jamaican psychic from a long line of Shamans. Her career with the network ran from 1997-2002.
