Gucci Mane has always had a ridiculous work ethic, but right now, he’s working harder than ever before. Since being released from prison in May, Gucci has dropped single after single, collaborated with the biggest names in music, and dropped his first studio album since 2011, Everybody Looking, featuring Drake, Kanye West and Young Thug.
Though Mr. Zone 6 is pushing forward seamlessly–in addition to Everybody Looking, he’s reportedly got a joint EP with Drake on the way–he isn’t neglecting to reflect on how he got to where he is today. For that, he’s dropped a video for the final song on his latest album, “Pick Up the Pieces,” a somber reminder that though he’s back on his high horse, things weren’t always this way.
