Chosen as Zane Lowe‘s “World Record,” the artist’s new track “Gangsta” premiered on Beats 1 Radio today [Monday, August 1]. A cut from the soundtrack for the DC comics-inspired film, Kehlani delivers a song that has a “raw, broken yet strong, haunting quality to it,” according to the film’s director David Ayer.

What seems to be an experimental and eccentric collection of songs, Kehlani’s addition to the soundtrack will be in the company of some big names. With Lil Wayne contributing his track “Sucker For Pain” and Rick Ross and Skrillex coming together to collaborate on “Purple Lamborghini,” the soundtrack will be one to look forward to playing out on the big screen. Logic, Wiz Khalifa and X Ambassadors make appearances on the film score as well.
