Jhene Aiko files for divorce from an 11 month marriage to producer Dot da Genius
Finally the rumors have been cleared up. Jhene Aiko was in fact married to Dot da Genius after speculation about the couple’s secret wedding and of course speculations of them not even being married. In the midst of the confusion Jhene and Dot called their life, the songstress teamed up with rapper Big Sean and formed the very illustrious duo, TWENTY88.
This duo, that seemed to spring out of nowhere, also attracted more rumors and confusion. But in the cover story for Flaunt magazine however, both artists pleaded single. If Jhene and her then husband were still together during this time, the marriage is officially over now. Aiko reportedly listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the break up and has also asked the judge to deny Dot any spousal support.
