Before Grammy Award nominated crooner Raheem DeVaughn became a rising R&B artist, wooing and awing ladies with his sensual and romantic ballads, the veteran singer and his poet and rapper collaborator, Wes Felton, set DC ablaze with their group, The CrossRhodes. After each going solo, the two are re-joining forces with a timely, much needed message of society’s current state of affairs.
With the current state of constant social unrest, The CrossRhodes, who will release their forthcoming project, Footprints on the Moon through BMG this fall, seeks to be a voice to express valid concerns affecting the communities across the globe, with a special emphasis on the plight of the minority community.
