Although it might seem like a joke, it seems as if Drake isn’t playing any games. In his verse on Future’s “Where Ya At” record, the OVO captain states “I’ll buy the neighbor’s house if they complain about the noise.”
The details are still a little hazy, as Drake has not addressed anything in regards to his newest real estate purchase. The LA home is 4,445 square feet, containing four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The massive estate is in fact right next to his current home, however the motive as to why he purchased the new pad remains unclear. For the sake of the story it would be extremely hilarious if a noise complaint led to his new home.

While it is a possibility, I don’t think $2 million dollars is that much for Aubrey Drake Graham.
