Miller’s career has been through some ups and downs, after seeming like a rising star in Hip Hop to becoming a rapper that was never sober and changing up his style. But it seems that Miller has gotten his life on track, he is now sober, and he is back making music.

He recently explained the meaning behind his single “Dang!” to Rap Genius, and he revealed that .Paak wrote the hook to the song about loved-ones he lost. Check the video below.

Last night [Thursday, September 15], Mac Miller stopped by “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” to perform his song “Dang!” from his new album, and he brought along Anderson .Paak, as they performed along with Jean-Baptiste and his band Stay Human.
