Queens rapper Justin Rose teams up with Brooklyn emcee Jimi Tents and producer TGUT for a new loose single, “Livin Right Now.” Debuted by Pigeons & Planes, the track follows Justin Rose’s Water White mixtape, which released in July. “We linked up to make a beat but caught a vibe and ended up making the record that night,” TGUT explains of working with Justin Rose on the track. “I was in Soho when I made the beat, it was that point in the summer where the weather at night was perfect and I felt like I was in LA or Miami. To me, the beat has that West Coast vibe but still holds the high energy of New York City.” Prior to working with Justin Rose and Jimi Tents on “Livin Right Now,” TGUT has crafted singles for Curren$y, Rich the Kid, Que and more.
