The first trip Gucci Mane made fresh off house arrest was to New York City to ink a book deal with Simon & Schuster to publish his upcoming memoir.
A spokesperson from the publisher told FADER:

This will be a major memoir revealing the life and times of the artist and man, chronicling his youth, ascent to the top of the Atlanta trap scene, incarceration, struggles with addiction and personal rebirth.
The title is still unknown, but this is bound to be a page turner. Stay tuned for any updates on the memoir.
