In memory of artists/activists Daniel “Majesty” Sanchez and Jamaal “DJ Metaphysic” Gordon, award winning director Victorious DeCosta lends his lens to capture the essence of Hasan Salaam’s “Scars Over Scars” visual. In DeCosta’s “musical film”, Salaam loses his life in defense of his friend Monster (played by Majesty Sanchez), but not before he is able to record his Last Will and Testament. This is the premiere single from Hasan’s latest project, ‘Life in Black And White’.
