On Apr. 29, Drake dropped off his fourth studio album Views. The album is landscaped through the seasons of Toronto, while still maintaining Drake’s superior touch. Depending on which way you look at it, you’ll either consider the album as good, great, or less than both; perhaps mediocre to some people’s standards. Views is now certified 4x platinum, making it Drake’s second album to ever hold this achievement. 2011’s efforts of Take Care is the OVO artists’ only other album to reach such a milestone. The album was certified gold, platinum, and 2x platinum by June 9. The numbers continued to rise as August swung in, ranging into 3x platinum. The Dec. 1 hit and the album went 4x platinum. He truly captured all the seasons on his album and with the numbers he’s posting.

100 streams now count as one “certifiable unit.” This milestone marks the album as having over 4 million units sold.
