On the contrary, one very deserving television series fell short, yet again, of the Golden Globe board’s criteria for commendable nominees. A fan favorite indeed, Power is going into it’s fourth season as Starz highest rated show on the network and the second most watched show on premium cable in 2016. In another Instagram post 50 Cent went on to announce his exit from the very show he executive produces and stars in simultaneously, and how he would be passing the torch to his good friend, Floyd Mayweather. He stated:

Since the sudden announcement, Mayweather has yet to confirm anything publicly on his end. Nonetheless, we saw Mayweather co-sign 50 Cent’s statement as he commented under the Instagram post stating, “50, I’ll be waiting for her call. Money, POWER, Respect!”

50 replied, “Money, POWER, Respect, they do what they can. We do what we want.”

We’re all wondering will 50 really choose to kill off Kanan during Season 4 or on second thought, will 50 Cent just use all of this Hollywood drama as fuel to the fire to keep creating one of the best shows premium cable television has ever seen.
