Titled “Rob Atlanta,” the Skitzo-produced manifesto sends shots towards The Falcons, BMF, Migos, Future, Jeezy, Young Thug, Lil Scrappy, T.I. and more, leaving fans to determine whether this is banter or brainstorming.
