The 2017 edition of MTV Video Music Awards is almost here and today the organizers announced the full list of the nominees.

Big kudos to Kendrick Lamar for being nominated in eight categories for his “HUMBLE.” visuals. Katy Perry and The Weeknd tied with five nominations each.
SZA, Kodak Black, Young M.A. and Khalid were nominated for Best New Artist.

The network announced that it will combine the Best Female Video and Best Male Video categories into a new classification, Artist of the Year, following the critical acclaim of the 2017 MTV Movie & TV Awards’ non-gendered categories.
