It’s been seven years since the last Rush Hour film, the movie was a comedic action adventure romp through Paris. Starring the hilarious Chris Tucker as James Carter and Jackie Chan as Chief Inspector Lee, it looks like Rush Hour 4 is about to be a reality.
Appearing on The Cruz Show, Jackie Chan divulged details about the long awaited sequel. “For the last seven years, we’ve been turning down, turning down the script,” Chan stated. “But yesterday, we agreed.” The script for the comedy will by done by the end of the month. Chan believes the film will eventually drop next year.
“The script probably at the end of this month will have a second draft, and next year, probably [we will] start. I hope if Chris Tucker agrees,” Jackie explains. Rush Hour fans just have to wait with baited breath for Tucker to respond positively.
