When fashion meets fun it becomes fashionably entertaining!
As many of you may know, yesterday (Oct. 5) was the grand opening of Supreme’s Brooklyn Store on Grand Street in Williamsburg. But Wednesday night (October 4th) was the real deal.
Supreme’s founder James Jebbia decided to have an intimate launch party that became larger than life with close friends and family. This celebration took place inside of the Brooklyn store, hours before opening it to the public. The skating bowl in the back became a popular attraction; it was like every skaters dream. Some of the guest list included Supreme’s current skate team (Sage Elsesser, Ben Kadow, Tyshawn Jones, Jason Dill, Aidan Mackay, Sean Pablo and the legendary Mark “The Gonz” Gonzales), store managers from London, Paris, and Los Angeles, artist Petra Collins, Former NBA Knicks player Amar’e Stoudemire and Supreme’s management; Brooklyn born- Jefferson Pang.
The racks were stacked but nothing was for sale; unless you knew someone who knew someone then you was gifted a goodies bag. Another exciting moment last night was the launch of a new box logo tee. This logo tee will come in black/yellow/green camouflage with Brooklyn’s area code (718) printed on the back. This item will be exclusive to the Brooklyn store only.
Friday and Saturday are reserved for patrons with tickets upon entry, however Monday October 9th the Supreme store will officially open to the public without reservations.
