It looks like the feud between Tyrese and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has become more fast and furious by the minute. Lately, singer Tyrese posted footage of The Rock on his Instragram page commenting on his 6th and final studio album, Black Rose which was released in 2015. In the 45 second video, he heavily criticized the album, labeling it a “big piece of black dog s*&*.” The video, which Tyrese claimed started the feud in the first place, turned several heads and have many fans questioning if the clash between the actors is real or a just a regular publicity stunt. Tyrese captioned the video: “Haters come in many forms. In my Kanye voice #BlackRose is one of the greatest R&B Soul Albums of all time.” Peep the video below.

The drama started when former WWE star turned actor The Rock revealed that he would be getting his own Fast & Furious spinoff after being approached by producers, which had left Tyrese infuriated and venting to Instagram about his disappointment.

The Rock’s spinoff movie titled The Hobbs will be released July 2019. Meanwhile, the next Fast & Furious film will not be released until 2020. The alleged delay of the next Fast & Furious movie added more fuel to the fire given that The Rock’s spinoff film is allegedly being released first. In Tyrese’s vent, he revealed that many of the actors including Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker were both offered spinoff roles but turned them down, and claimed The Rock to be a sellout.

Other celebrities, including fellow TGT band member Tank who had a falling out with Tyrese, chimed in to the quarrel when the singer asked The Rock to be a part of the spinoff film. In true #Savage fashion, Tank pulled a shameless plug while deeming he waned to “expand his horizons as an actor” in the Hobbs movie. Vin Diesel, on the other hand has remained low key about the situation, possibly hoping the two will make up.  Let’s see how much more beef will be cooking amongst the two actors.
